That meatloaf looked juicy! You should make those up for the Western North Carolina Farmers Market and grill some thick A$$ slices slather them up and sell some “Smoked Meatloaf Samiches”. That’s good Q’n right there! I did notice that you rolled your wood da’ chips into guppies. Oh well.

Beef ribs, while not as popular as baby back pork ribs, are excellent change of pace. These cooked up a bit faster than I anticipated, but came out awesome.

I just heard from a lady on my blog http://www.carolinacrafting.com who makes her own charcoal. What’s up with that??? Can you customize your own charcoal??? Mountain Charcoal….I like the sound of that.
