BBQ fest at the Farmer’s Market

Ok this is my third year going to this festival, and each year the weather has gotten progressively worst. The first year it rained early in the morning and everything was wet on the way in.  The next year it rained until I got there, then it stopped and was a nice.  Today…well it is almost 3pm and it is still raining.  There was a low turn out for cooks as well, mostly restaurants.  I did have smoked trout ribs today though…not bad.  So, now I’m wondering how bad the weather will be next year.

  2. BITE YOUR TONGUE! But I’m considering building an ark. A trout rib is a thin fillet of trout meat that is smoked skin on over hickory. good
